Overview

Player recruitment depends on making sense of information gathered across scouting reports, player data and individual evaluations. When this information is fragmented, finding relevant insights and comparing players consistently becomes difficult.

We built an AI-powered scouting intelligence layer that transformed thousands of scouting reports into structured, searchable insights. The platform enabled recruitment teams to search across reports, benchmark players and assess role-specific potential, adaptability and fit within a playing system.

It also introduced quality checks to flag inconsistencies and potential bias in scouting evaluations, helping teams work from a more organised and consistent information base.
